What if I am feeling unwell on the day? It is best to stay home and recover! Please send us a message as soon as possible to let us know.
What if I am running late? Please message us ASAP! We will do our best to accommodate you, but missing 2 rounds will result in a disqualification from the tournament.
Can I get a refund if I cannot make it? Yes! If you are unable to attend, we will issue a refund via your original Humanitix purchase method.
